Eggless White Vanilla Cupcakes<br /><br />Servings - 3 - 4<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />Butter - 100 grams<br />Sugar - 180 grams<br />Yogurt - 140 grams<br />Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon<br />All purpose flour - 255 grams<br />Baking powder - 3 teaspoons<br />Milk - 150 milliliters<br />Whipped cream - for topping<br />Strawberries - to taste<br /><br />PREPARATION<br />1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter, 180 grams sugar and whisk it well.<br />2. Add 140 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and whisk it again.<br />3. Now, add 255 grams all purpose flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 150 milliliters milk and whisk it into a smooth and thick batter.<br />4. Divide the batter between the muffin cups.<br />5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.<br />6. Remove it from oven and top with whipped cream.<br />7. Garnish with strawberries.<br />8. Serve.
