Eggless Mayonnaise<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />Chilled milk - 60 millilitres<br />Sugar - 1 teaspoon<br />Salt - 1/2 teaspoon<br />Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon<br />Mustard powder - 1/2 teaspoon<br />Oil - 120 milliliters<br />Vinegar - 2 teaspoons<br /><br />PREPARATION<br />1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except vinegar and blend till the milk and oil combines.<br />2. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar and blend again until the mixture begins to thicken and emulsify.<br />3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl or glass container to store.<br />4. Eggless mayonnaise can be stored atleast for a week when refrigerated.<br />
