Eggless Tutti Frutti Cake<br /><br />Servings - 3 - 4<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />Yogurt - 280 milliliters<br />Oil - 100 milliliters<br />Sugar - 120 grams<br />Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon<br />All purpose flour - 200 grams<br />Baking powder - 1 1/8 teaspoons<br />Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon<br />Salt - 1/8 teaspoon<br />Tutti frutti - 6 tablespoons( red,green,brown)<br />Chocolate chips -50 grams<br /><br />PREPARATION <br />1. In a mixing bowl, add 280 milliliters yogurt, 100 milliliters oil, 120 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract and mix well to combine.<br />2. Now add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 1/8 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 6 teaspoons tutti frutti and mix all the ingredients.<br />3. Grease the baking dish with oil and all purpose flour.<br />4. Pour the mixture into it.<br />5. Preheat the oven 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.<br />6. Allow the cake is cool.<br />7. Serve.
