Eggless Omelette <br /><br />Serving - 1<br /><br />INGREDIENTS<br />Gram flour - 130 grams<br />All purpose flour - 70 grams<br />Salt - 1/2 teaspoon<br />Baking powder - 1 teaspoon<br />Water 550 milliliters<br />Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon<br />Oil<br />Tomato - to taste<br />Onions - to taste<br />Coriander - to taste<br /><br />PREPARATION<br />1. In a mixing bowl, add 130 grams gram flour, 70 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 550 milliliters water and whisk it well.<br />2. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well to make a thick batter.<br />3. Spread some oil on a pan.<br />4. Pour in the bottom ladleful of batter and cook it for a minute.<br />5. Sprinkle some tomato, onions and coriander on top it.<br />6. Cook for another 30 seconds.<br />7. Serve.
