Hello,<br /><br />Ever wondered how easy it was to make a poached egg ? Just follow these steps ! <br />Makes people say that you should add vinegar or salt to the water to get the perfect poached eggs. However, I didn't see any significant differences when doing it with just water. So why make things complicated ?<br />I guess more important factors will be the water temperature as it will determine the speed at which the egg gets cooked (thus his final appearance) and the vortex.<br />If you like your poached eggs slightly more cooked then you can add about 30 seconds to the cooking and it should turn right. <br /><br />1. Crack the egg over a sieve to remove the thin albumin (You will get a cleaner appearance)<br />2. Heat and maintain water just below the boiling point<br />3. Make a vortex<br />4. Drop the egg in the middle of the vortex<br />5. Cook for 3 minutes<br />6.
