'긴급재난지원금' 오늘부터 신용•체크카드 충전 신청 개시…5부제 적용<br /><br />South Korean households began applying for emergency disaster relief today.<br />Online applications for credit or debit card points began at 7AM today,... through websites or mobile apps of respective credit cards.<br />Under the five-day rotation system... those born in years ending with 1 or 6 could apply today,... and those in years ending with 2 or 7 can apply tomorrow.<br />The payment will be given in the form of card points two days after application.<br />There are limits on where it can be spent on: you cannot spend it outside the district of your residency, can't be spent at department stores, large retailers, or entertainment venues like bars and clubs.<br />Offline applications will begin at community centers or banks affiliated with credit card companies starting next Monday.<br />
