Senate Democratic candidates are sticking by Joe Biden amid Tara Reade's sex assault allegations.<br />The GOP is even dragging up Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation from 2018 to make their point.<br />Democrats believed Christine Blasey Ford when she accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault.<br />However, Politico reports that when it comes to Tara Reade, Democratic candidates and lawmakers have been completely silent.<br />Republican officials in key battleground states are hitting Democratic candidates for their lack of response on Reade's allegations.<br />They are also pointing hypocritical and inconsistent standards Democrats are applying to sexual assault allegations.<br />Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has featured Kavanaugh and Biden in campaign ads for his reelection this cycle.<br />McConnell has called it “jaw-dropping hypocrisy” that Democrats who fought Kavanaugh’s have not spoken out against Biden.
