California Governor Gavin Newsom and local health officials will speak to officials at Tesla Inc.<br />This is after the company ordered workers back on the job, reports Reuters.<br />Tesla workers are returning to work despite ongoing restrictions in Alameda County.<br />Newsom said he honestly expected the plant to open as soon as next week.<br />However, he did not know about the order to return to work.<br />Photographs circulating on San Francisco Bay Area news sites show Tesla's parking lot is full.
