25 years old public school teacher, Ronnel Arandamas was arrested by the NBI after posting on social media a 50 million pesos bounty on whoever can kill President Rodrigo Duterte.<br /><br />Arandamas later deleted his post but not before going viral on twitter and he was later tracked down in Poblacion North in Zambales.
