This is a must as we prepare for the second wave of COVID-19 that experts are expecting.<br />President Moon also ordered the government to begin talks on drawing up a third extra budget that will be used to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on workers and to revitalize the economy.<br />He reiterated his call to look for realistic ways to expand employment insurance coverage in phases to eventually cover all workers.<br />The president also repeated his push for a Korean version of the New Deal to create jobs calling for aggressive investment and structural reform to establish digital infrastructure.<br />
