Residents of Otto-Ilogbo, a slum in Lagos have shared how their daily lives are affected by the scarcity of potable water, to even wash their hands.<br />.<br />Speaking with our correspondents, the residents said they pray to God for protection and called on the government to provide basic amenities in their community.
