Residents woke up to a shock when they discovered dozens of dead fish had washed ashore in Lake Elsinore, California during the night.<br /><br />Footage from Wednesday (May 13) shows the dead fish pileup along the shore. <br /><br />This is not thought to be an isolated incident. According to local media, past die-offs have been attributed to incredibly high temperatures and low oxygen levels in the lake.
