Vehicle movement was hindered as flash floods struck Yen Bai Province in Vietnam on May 13.<br /><br />According to the filmer, heavy and prolonged rain was the reason for the flood in the streets. <br /><br />Flood water appeared on the streets and made it difficult for vehicles such as cars and motorcycles to move. Some motorbikes were damaged by the flooding.
