Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and many other leaders paid homage to ex-soldier Ram Krishan Grewal. Grewal had committed suicide regarding the issue of One Rank One Pension (OROP) and Congress has claimed that it will raise the matter in Parliament.
