Subramanian Swamy, who triggered huge protests from Congress yesterday over his attempts to drag Sonia Gandhi in the AugustaWestland helicopter row, again made some controversial remarks in Rajya Sabha which the Chair immediately expunged and warned him of action for unnecessary provocation.
