Dense fog engulfed the capital on Friday as temperatures plummeted to 11 degrees celsius. The visibility at the airport slumped below 100 metres.<br />The visibility at the IGI (Indira Gandhi International Airport) Runways 27, 28, 29 was between 75-100 metres at 7 am, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD) website.
