Residents of Padang city in Indonesia crowd a member of the authorities to receive a queue number in order to collect state aid during the coronavirus pandemic.<br /><br />In chaotic scenes in the West Sumatra city on Friday (May 15), those who gathered ignored social distancing rules in order to get their hands on a ticket allowing them to later pick up 600,000 rupiah (around $40).<br /><br />There are nearly 400 cases of COVID-19 in West Sumatra to date.
