US Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is trying to use the coronavirus relief legislation to advance her department's agenda.<br />Business Insider reports that most of DeVos longstanding policy goals have stalled.<br />DeVos is a longtime advocate for school choice.<br />She has never attended nor worked for a public school.<br />The NY Times reports she's using the CARES Act to move millions from public schools to private institutions and homeschooling.<br />DeVos has already allocated more than half-a-billion dollars to support private K-12 schools and colleges.
