Hello, <br />Here is another quick and simple recepie i.e. Quinoa and Besan Chilla. <br />This chilla is perfect for a healthy breakfast or evening snack. Quinoa and Besan, both are good sources of protein and carbs, they are low in fat and keeps you fuller and energetic for a longer period.<br />Take 1 scoop (30gm) of besan and boiled quinoa. Add half teaspoon of salt, red chilli powder and turmeric. Add two green chillies (or as per taste) and on small onion.<br />Blend it to make a batter of pouring consistency .<br />Grease a pan with any oil, pour and spread the batter over the pan<br />Cover it and flip it after a few seconds. You can have it with sauce or any of your favourite chutney. It is Quick , easy , and delicious.
