Rwandan genocide fugitive Felicien Kabuga ended his 26 years on the run on Saturday.<br />Living under a false name, Kabuga was Rwanda's most wanted man, with a $5 million bounty on his head.<br />According to Reuters, he was arrested on Saturday in the upscale Paris suburb of Asnieres-sur-Seine.<br />Kabuga was a frail, elderly man of 84 who said little to neighbors and who would take a stroll most days outside of his apartment.<br />His arrest paves the way for him to come before the Paris Appeal Court and later be transferred to the custody of the international court.
