To aap iss video ko pura dekhiye taaki koi bhi step aap miss na kare. <br /><br /><br />Prep: 15 min | Cook: 45 mins | Serve : 4<br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />For the puree<br /><br />Tomatoes — 1cup<br />Onion — 1 cup<br />Cashew nuts – 10-12<br />Ginger chopped — 1 1/2 tbsp<br />Garlic cloves — 8 <br />Bay leaf – 1<br />Black cardamom – 1<br />Green cardamom — 2<br />Cinnamon stick (small) — 1<br />Cloves — 4 <br />Butter- 2 tbsp<br />Green chilly – 2 chopped<br />Chilly powder (Kashmiri) – 1 tbsp<br />Salt -1 tbsp<br />Water <br /><br />In the pan<br /><br />Butter – 2 tbsp<br />Green chilly – 1 chopped<br />Ginger chopped – 1 tsp<br />Paneer cubes – 1 1/2 cup<br />Pinch of salt<br />Curry – add the above-pureed curry<br />Cream –1/2 cup<br />Fenugreek powder – 1/4 tsp<br /><br />Steps you need to follow (with timestamp): <br /><br />1) Adding ingredients in pan for puree - 00:32<br />2) after cooking adding ingredients in a blender to make a paste for puree - 03:04<br />3) Separate puree form paste - 03:16<br />4) Preparing pan to cook our paneer - 04:11<br />5) Adding puree in our paneer to give its real flavor of shahi paneer recipe - 05:12<br />6) Adding fresh cream in our shahi paneer recipe for smooth & sweet gravy - 05:42<br />7) Adding kasoori methi to give final touch in our shahi paneer recipe - 06:12<br /><br />Method<br /><br />Step 1: For the puree mix all the ingredients tomatoes, onion, cashew nuts, ginger chopped, Garlic cloves, bay leaf, black cardamom, green cardamom, cinnamon stick (small), cloves butter, green chilly chopped, chilly powder (Kashmiri), salt, water. Cook till the tomatoes get mushy and onion gets soften. <br /><br />Step 2: Cool completely and transfer to a blender, blend to smooth paste without adding any water <br /><br />Step 3: Sieve the puree making sure the puree is smooth and silky. Keep aside.<br /><br />Step 4: Now Heat a pan and add butter. Add chopped chilly and chopped ginger.<br /><br />Step 5: Add paneer dices and sprinkle salt on it. Now add the curry cook for 2 min <br /><br />Step 6: Fresh cream and mix it well<br /><br />Step 7: Fenugreek powder and cook it for 5 min in low flame.
