A tyre on a truck suddenly exploded, knocking a man to the ground in southern China's Haikou on May 17.<br /><br />The terrifying video, provided by local media with permission, shows a tyre on a truck suddenly blasting after it hit a bollard at a car park.<br /><br />The gas with high pressure inside the tyre then sprayed out, knocking a nearby pedestrian to the ground.<br /><br />Nearby people and the truck driver went to help the man and called an ambulance for him. He was sent to hospital for treatment.<br /><br />The case is in further investigation, reports said.
