London's congestion charge and ultra low emission zones were re-introduced on Monday (May 18).<br /><br />Video filmed on Monday shows an area of Baker Street inside the zone.<br /><br />The daily charge for driving inside the zone is also set to increase to £15 - an increase of 30 percent. Income from fares for mayoral body Transport for London have fallen by 90 percent during the coronavirus lockdown, according to London mayor Sadiq Khan.<br /><br />The rise comes into effect from June 22.
