Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates Global Conference on Cyberspace, launches 'Umang' app

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 5th Global Conference on Cyberspace in New Delhi on Thursday. PM who launched 'Umang' app at the event said that nations should not allow the digital space for the dark forces of terror who misuse it.
