India celebrates Ram Nath Kovind's victory in the Presidential poll

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated newly elected President Ram Nath Kovind on his victory. He also tweeted a picture of himself with Ram Nath Kovind. The video also shows celebration of Kovind's victory in Kanpur.
