Toronto police have announced they've laid a murder charge after two people were shot on May 18 and one later died in hospital.<br /><br />Shawn Williams, 34, died in hospital after being shot on the ninth floor of an apartment building. <br /><br />Police are seen investigating the cordoned-off crime scene.
