Zero Hour: National Conference legislator describes Burhan Wani as 'martyr'

National Conference MLC Shauqat Hussain Ganai described in the Legislative Council the slain Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani as a “martyr”, triggering protests from the ruling PDP and BJP.
