At Howrah Railway Station in West Bengal workers have chained all trains to the railway tracks in preparation for super cyclone 'Amphan'.<br /><br />Footage recorded on Tuesday (May 19) shows efforts to avoid or minimise any potential damage.<br /><br />According to India's Meteorological Department (IMD), the cyclone is moving northeastwards at a speed of 17 kmph.<br /><br />India's Meteorological Department has issued a "yellow alert" for the region.<br /><br />This would be the first super cyclonic in the Bay of Bengal since 1999.
