The first day of work after months of coronavirus quarantine resulted in a massive traffic jam in one of the busiest roads in the Philippines.<br /><br />Footage shows heavy traffic building up in Eastbank Road Cainta on May 18, the first Monday after the enhanced community quarantine has been lifted in several cities in the region.<br /><br />Onlooker Mark Jenver Maurice said "We live beside the highway so we always see heavy traffic every morning but we were shocked at how bad it was today. I think it's going to take some time before everything goes back to the way it was."<br /><br />The Philippines has implemented different Covid-19 quarantine status in the country based on the region's coronavirus risk level to be reviewed again on May 31.
