The Narendra Modi government on Thursday released a fresh video of the 2016 surgical strikes on terrorist launchpads, two days ahead of the second anniversary of the operation.<br />The Army announced on September 29, 2016 that it had carried out the cross-border strikes, days after several Indian soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on the Army Headquarters in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri.
