`외교슈퍼볼' 유엔총회도 타격?…유엔총장 대폭 축소 제안<br /><br />The head of UN is reportedly mulling whether to scale down its annual gathering of world leaders in late September due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<br />According to Reuters,... Antonio Guterres suggested Tuesday to have the heads of state and government deliver pre-recorded messages,... and to allow only one New York-based diplomat from each of the UN member nations to be present in the General Assembly Hall.<br />The proposal is being discussed among UN members.<br />This year's General Assembly was supposed to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the UN.<br />
