A car had crashed into the property in Hurst, Texas, severing and subsequently igniting its gas line.<br /><br />Five people escaped with their lives after the property in Fort Worth, Texas, blew up.<br /><br />Dashcam footage released by police shows the moment officers pull up outside the house, which a car had crashed into after the driver reportedly lost control.<br /><br />The vehicle had struck a gas line and turned the property into a fireball.<br /><br />Within seconds of officers arriving at the scene, the house was destroyed with planks of wood and shattered glass strewn across the front lawn.
