In a big relief to Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi High Court on Friday set aside the Election Commission ruling disqualifying 20 ruling party MLAs for holding offices-of-profit as parliamentary secretaries. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal hailed the High Court order and took to Twitter to say that it was a victory of truth.
