Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday addressed a public rally in Tripura's Sonamura and said that the Manik led government is stalling the development process in the state. <br />PM Modi raised the slogan of 'Chalo Paltai'( which means let's change) and said that the people of Tripura are fighting for the elections for their rights.
