1. Prepared pizza base:<br />2 cups of all purpose flour, 2 tsp oil, water, salt. Kept it for 1 hour covered with cloth.<br /><br />2. Made small balls and rolled it into the shape of a medium pizza. Heated both sides of pizza base in a pan.<br /><br />3. Added home made pizza sause to the pizza base. (Mix of boiled onions, garlic, chillies and tomatoes)<br /><br />4. Added grated mozzarella cheese, chilly flakes and crushed curry leaves (Optional) .<br /><br />5. Added slices of onions and tomatoes.<br /><br />6. Baked the pizza in pan for 7 - 10 minutes.<br />
