A fire that has ravaged an industrial building in St Helens, UK has been declared a "major incident" by local authorities on Wednesday (May 20).<br /><br />Footage shows large plumes of smoke rising from a warehouse blaze in the Earlestown area.<br /><br />According to local reports, roads surrounding the area have been cordoned off as at least 15 fire engines attended the fire.<br /><br />The filmer said: "The thick black smoke can be seen for miles."
