Google Cloud has landed a deal to help the Department of Defense combat cyber threats worldwide.<br />Business Insider reports the deal will see Google's cloud division provide tools to the DoD's Defense Innovation Unit.<br />The deal could also prove controversial for the company.<br />Google has faced a backlash in the past over its military partnerships.
