Heavy rainstorms brought flash floods to a southwestern Chinese city on Wednesday (May 20).<br /><br />The video, captured in the city of Tongren in Guizhou Province, shows vehicles getting trapped in the deep floodwater and school buildings being submerged.<br /><br />Tables have been put together in a line by the teachers to help the students evacuate.
