코로나19로 '집밥족' 늘면서 집주변 소매점 식자재 매출도 '쑥'<br /><br />Sales of food ingredients used to cook at home have jumped in South Korea as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.<br />The Korea Rural Economic Institute says sales during the third and last week of February rose 11 percent and almost 16 percent respectively.<br />It says people preferred to visit the supermarket and or a convenience store instead of going to a potentially crowded restaurant.<br />Online shopping for food ingredients at large supermarkets rose also jumped by over 6 percent to almost 17 percent.<br />
