A huge explosion rocked the Venezuelan capital on Saturday (May 23rd) after a fuel truck crashed, according to witnesses.<br /><br />At around 5 am local time, the fuel tanker exploded in Caracas.<br /><br />Footage showed flames leaping into the air and plume of thick smoke. <br /><br />Ariel footage shows the flames rising above the skyline of nearby highrises.
