칠곡군 최삼자 할머니, 에티오피아 참전용사 138명에 손편지... 내달초 마스크와 함께 전달<br /><br />An elderly South Korean woman who speaks no English at all... has written 138 letters in English... to send to Ethiopian war veterans.<br />On hearing that South Korea plans to send masks to Ethiopian veterans of the Korean War, Choi Sam-ja, from Chilgok county, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, decided to write letters to the 138 veterans still alive.<br />She wrote that South Koreans will never forget their commitment and expressed her gratitude for what they did.<br />After first writing the letter in Korean, she had it translated into English, and later handwrote 138 letters.<br />Over 6-thousand Ethiopian soldiers fought in the Korean War.<br />Choi's letters and masks are to be delivered to the war veterans early next month.<br />
