여행주간 확대•숙박할인 쿠폰 100만개 뿌려 관광내수 살린다<br /><br />To help the local travel industry recover from the COVID-19 outbreak,...the South Korean government is rolling out measures to increase demand for local tours.<br />Tourism Minister Park Yang-woo announced the measures following a government meeting on Tuesday.<br />They include giving out up to one million discount coupons for accommodation and extending the travel promotion period.<br />That period will now run for one month from June 20th, during which transport costs will be significantly cut.<br />Discounts of up to 60 percent will be offered at amusement parks nationwide and up to 150-thousand people will be able to purchase tour packages with a 30 percent discount.<br />
