Storms and heavy rainfall have caused the downtown area of Miami, Florida to be partially flooded with water.<br /><br />Footage captured yesterday (May 25), shows drivers on Southeast 4th Street were tackling the flooded roads.<br /><br />The filmer, Coco Perez, said: "I went for food, after the rain, and saw this. <br /><br />"It was around 2 pm in downtown Miami."
