Residents were amazed when an unusual but beautiful mass of Arcus clouds formed above their town.<br /><br />The magnificent cloud formation was seen in Bauang, La Union, the Philippines on May 24.<br /><br />Onlooker Andrew Moico Luto, 33, saw the weather stunning weather phenomenon from a window on his house.<br /><br />He said "The weather at that time was so perfect and then I saw the cloud formation and it was impressive. It did not rain that day so the skies were clear."<br /><br />The mass of clouds are called Arcus clouds or roll clouds, as they appear to roll horizontally and are relatively rare.
