Joe Biden had a series on embarrassing gaffes on Wednesday.<br />Biden was chatting with Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf.<br />The two discussed Delaware history.<br />Wolf said Delaware once fell under Pennsylvania's authority.<br />Biden then made a gaffe, confusing D-Day with the day Delaware declared independence.<br />"But we declared our independence on Dec. 7 by the way, it's not just D-Day."<br />In one simple statement, Biden confused Delaware independence (June 15th 1776), D-Day (June 6, 1944) and Pearl Harbor (Dec. 7, 1941).<br />A Biden spokesman said the candidate was referring to Delaware Day, an event celebrated on Dec. 7 since 1933.
