Facebook Launches TikTok-Inspired <br />Music Creation App Called Collab The tech giant’s <br />new product <br />experimentation <br />division released <br />the invite-only beta <br />on iOS on Wednesday. The music-making app will allow <br />users to create short-form videos <br />by piecing together three <br />simultaneous sources. Users will be able to play three different <br />instruments and stitch them together or <br />build off of others' creations. Everyone whose parts are used in <br />new videos will receive proper credit. Videos must first be publicly <br />posted to Collab before others <br />can use them to create their own. Once posted to the app, users will be <br />able to share the videos on other apps <br />such as Instagram and TikTok. A waitlist for those interested<br />in testing the new app is now <br />available online.
