Travel in the United Arab Emirates was disrupted following heavy rainstorms, as roads were left flooded. <br /><br />Footage filmed on May 25 shows a link road from Shawqa connecting to the Fujairah express highway submerged under torrential waters. <br /><br />Some travellers can be seen watching from the banks, while other vehicles attempt to drive through the watery crossing. <br /><br />Reportedly this road was left flooded for a day before clearing.
