미국 폭력시위 격화에 국방부, 육군헌병 투입 준비<br /><br /> The Pentagon has ordered U.S. Military Police to prepare for deployment to Minneapolis as protests over the highly-publicized death of an African American man are intensifying.<br /> Soldiers in North Carolina and New York were told to be ready to deploy within four hours. <br />This follows President Donald Trump's request to Defense Secretary Mark Esper for military options in handling the riots.<br />Civil unrest has been growing across the U.S. in around 10 cities after a Minneapolis police officer suffocated the unarmed 46-year old to death.<br />The police officer who knelt on the man's neck during the incident has been arrested and is now charged with murder. <br />
