Hundreds flouted lockdown rules to join a huge illegal rave in Hackey in east London on Saturday (May 30th) night before it was stormed by around 300 riot police.<br /><br />Revellers met up to party on Southwold Rd in Lower Clapton despite the coronavirus restrictions banning mass gatherings.<br /><br />Police deployed a helicopter and hundreds of officers to break up the rave and confirmed there were a "small number" of arrests made.
