No one knows what Jarrett Stidham is truly capable of as a starting NFL quarterback yet, but Peter King of NBC Sports is not too optimistic.<br /><br /><br />King came out with league power rankings and placed the Patriots at No. 21 and third in the AFC East behind the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins.
